Paul Kocan
Paul also has big, strong frame and he uses it too. His tackles are up
there with Ollies and his overhead marking improved dramatically from last
year. When playing off the half back line, he shone though. He sticks to
his player like glue and they don’t like it. Paul listens to every instruction
we give and executes. Just need to work on your concentration for the
whole game and watch out opposition forwards because Paul won’t let
you get a kick.
“Keep up the great work Paul.”

Nicholas Gibson
Nick was a first year player for us and after the first few games he found his
feet. When playing forward he was always dangerous and kicked some
crucial goals at important times. Great overhead mark and knows where
the goals are. When he gets onto his kicks they stay kicked too.

Bailey Milligan
One of our fastest players and probably one of the fastest in the league.
Bailey loved to run and carry the ball with his pace which he did to great
effect all year mostly on the wings. He was a stall wart in our “Wall” when
it was in our forward line and when he found himself with a chance to kick
a major, he didn’t disappoint.

“Your improvement over the year is right up there and I can’t wait to see
how fast you are next year Bailey.”

Jesse Zafirakos
Jesse reminds me of the old fashioned “Utility” playing wherever we need
him too. He is comfortable back, forward and in the midfield which makes
him a great asset to have as a coach. With another pre season under his
belt, I can see Jesse really imposing himself on games next year.

Zane Beckter

One of the best kicks of the ball I’ve seen for his age, Zane once again had
a great year polling very well in the B&F. His kick from 30m out with only
seconds to go against one of the powerhouses of the league went straight
through the middle to give us the win. Zane has great goal sense and
rarely misses targets with that right boot. Next year I’m sure he will find
himself more and more in our forward line giving backmen nightmares.
