ups and a few downs but overall,

for all. I hope, a very successful season

Again the focus for the Committee has been
on a few key areas namely:
• The kids safety

• The kids development both in
themselves and in their footy skills

• A fair go for all the kids
• The parents involvement and inclusion
in the workings of the club

Our objective is – where possible, to make the
Greythorn Football Club fun for all.
In a similar manner to last season, we started
planning for 2014 immediately after the 2013
AGM with the focus on our expansion strategy,
social activities and financial stability.
We had the good fortune of being able to
secure a further three year arrangement with
our major partner – Fletchers whose support is
invaluable to us and for which we thank them.
We commenced targeting our local schools
and ascertaining suitable strategic locations
for our “auction board” notices. At the same
time we managed to get our on-line
registration system up and running - earlier

including 4 years as President, I will finally be
“hanging up my boots” and following my boy
into Under 19s football.

We have secured a number of new Committee
members recently who have indicated their
interest in continuing next year and who will be
