Don Jeffers CFP®, JP, Dip FP Managing Director
After six years as an Australian army officer, Don entered the financial planning industry in 1980. During his career Don has helped clients ranging from those just starting out to individuals requiring the development of strategic financial plans and ongoing management for portfolios valued in the millions. Don has also worked at senior national levels in several management roles, is a sought-after public speaker and has presented numerous papers at industry forums.
Don has qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), the highest internationally recognised qualification within the industry. He holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from RMIT University and has completed extensive training in the specialised area of Self Managed Superannuation. He is also a Justice of the Peace.
Don is active within a number of professional associations, the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) and the Self Managed Superannuation Fund Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA).

Naomi Rosenthal JP, M App Fin (FP), BA (Psych), F Fin Naomi has a Masters of Applied Finance (Financial Planning Major), Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) Degree, and Diploma of Financial Services. Naomi has specialist accreditation in Self Managed Superannuation Funds, Margin Lending and Geared Investments, and Business Insurance. Naomi is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA). Naomi has been involved in the financial services industry since January 2000. Beginning her career in the corporate sector with a large financial services organisation, Naomi joined her family’s financial planning business in 2004. |

Yosha has spent 8 years working within the boutique, full-service financial advice industry.
Yosha holds a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance and International Business, the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking as well as specialist accreditation across Self Managed Superannuation Funds and Listed Securities.
Yosha holds the Associate Financial Planner designation with the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Mike earned a degree in law from the Australian National University in Canberra and holds a practicing certificate as a solicitor and barrister in NSW. He is also a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and holds a Diploma in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Southern Queensland. | | Kirstin Young BCom (Acc), ACCA Financial Controller Kirstin
began her career in auditing in South Africa and obtained extensive
experience in the audit and accounting of a wide range of industries.
Subsequently she worked as a financial analyst with the Royal Bank of
Canada in the Channel Islands before relocating to Australia, and
joining PWS. Kirstin is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and joins PWS as our financial controller. | | | | | | Sonia Fung BA (Maths & Fin) Paraplanner Sonia Fung is our paraplanner and has been working in the financial planning industry since 2011. Previous roles include Client Services Manager for a financial advisory firm, Marketing Assistant and a PR internship. She was born in Hong Kong and moved to Sydney 10 years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from University of Technology, Sydney. |
