Priscilla Jebatharshanan JP CPA B.com (Hons) PG Dip (Business Management) Priscilla came to Australia from Sri Lanka under the Skilled Migration Program in 2001 and commenced employment with Fleming Partners shortly thereafter. Priscilla is highly qualified, completing a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1994 and a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Management from University of Colombo in Sri Lanka in 2000. In Australia, Priscilla completed the Australian Society of Accountants post graduate CPA with a high distinction in the final module in 2009. Priscilla has extensive experience in researching and advising on complex taxation and accounting issues. |

Sarah Johnson B Bus (Accounting) Sarah joined Fleming Partners as an Undergraduate Accountant Program in February 2004 after completing all her schooling in Hay. She graduated from Charles Sturt University, Wagga with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in April 2010. Sarah commenced further studies in July 2018 to complete the Charted Tax Adviser program through the Taxation Institute of Australia Sarah's extensive experience includes assisting with the preparation of income tax returns and Business Activity Statements. Sarah also has experience in using computerised cashbooks including Quicken, MYOB and QuickBooks and provides technical assistance to clients where required. |

Stephanie Calder B Bus (Accounting) Stephanie commenced employment with Fleming Partners in January, 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce) in 2010. Stephanie assists with the preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. Stephanie has the advantage of having a number of years experience working in primary production enterprises. |

Richard Fowler Undergraduate B Acc Richard started at Fleming Partners in February, 2013 as an undergraduate accountant. He attends Charles Sturt University and is working toward a Bachelor of Accounting. His main duties are to assist with Income Tax Returns, Taxation Planning, Financial Statements, and Business Activity Statements. Richard also assists Fleming Partnes as an IT liaison, assisting other staff with any an in-house IT or software issues, and he can assist clients with a variety of account keeping software including QuickBooks Online, and MYOB Essentials. |

Seema Shah B Com Seema commenced employment with Fleming Partners in January 2015. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Lucknow, India and a Certificate IV in Accounting from TAFE. Seema is a certified Xero Advisor & Payroll Specialist. Seema assists with the preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. |

Don Kahawalage B Com Don migrated to Australia with his family from Sri Lanka as a skilled immigrant in 2009. He completed his Bachelor’s degree (B Com) in 2002 from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka followed by Diploma in Logistics Management in 2005 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2006. Don is a member of Institute of Public Accountants - MIPA After 5 years of work with not for profit sector in Perth WA, Don started as an Accountant at Fleming Partners in April 2015 and currently assists with the preparation of Financial Statements, Income Tax Retunes and Business Activity Statements. Don has keen interest in tax applications relevant to Primary Production businesses. |

Matt Hoseob Song B Com (Accounting) Matt first came to Australia in 2001 for high school and stayed until he completed his Bachelor’s Degree (B Com) at Macquarie University in 2009. He then returned to his home in South Korea where he worked for a manufacturing company as an accountant. Returning to Australia with his family in 2013 he worked in the energy industry as an accountant. Matt joined Fleming Partners in March 2017 to assist in the preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. Outside of work, he has a passion for soccer and regularly plays in a local competition. |

Stefani Kristabela B Com (Accounting) (Hons) Stefani commenced her degree at the University of Surabaya, Indonesia, and continued her studies at Australia’s Flinders University. After completing her business degree in 2013, she underwent a year of Honours, then returned to Indonesia to work as an accountant / bookkeeper for an import / export business. Stefani returned to Australia in 2017 and commenced work at Fleming Partners as an accountant in September 2017. She assists with the preparation of Business Activity Statements, Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns. |

He graduated with a Masters of Professional Accounting in December 2016 after previously completing a Bachelor of Arts and is currently completing the Chartered Accountants program. James assists with Tax Planning, Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. James is a certified Xero Advisor and is experienced with online accounting software including Quickbooks Online and MYOB essentials. |

Bevan Benfell B Bus (Accounting) Bevan commenced employment with Fleming Partners in October 2018, bringing with him 8 years experience. He completed his Advanced Diploma of Accounting in 2011 and a Bachelor of Business Degree from Swinburne University in 2015. Prior to starting with Fleming Partners, Bevan worked in a large accounting firm as an accountant that specialised in tax compliance for small to medium sized businesses. Bevan assists small businesses with Tax Planning, Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements. He is a certified Xero Advisor and is experienced with QuickBooks Online, Reckon Accounting and MYOB. Outside of work Bevan works Clydesdale horses in harness and is a hobby farmer. |
