Super death benefits are more complex than most executors expect: who can receive them, whether they arrive as a lump sum or pension, and how they're taxed depends on decisions that, once made, cannot be remade. The complaint, addressed to the Privacy Officer, must be in writing in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. From receipt of your written complaint, the Privacy Officer has 30 days to respond.
