An excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our friendly accounting practice in Kew. We are looking for a bright, positive & self motivated person to provide general admin assistance. Your duties will involve the following tasks, but is not limited to:
- Providing support to Admin Team and Accountants
- Scanning, filing and collation
- Fusedocs
- Setting up new clients & maintaining client details
- Managing the end-to-end client Engagement letter process (drafting, sending, monitoring, completion)
- Creating, allocating and managing status of jobs in XPM and FYI docs
- Typing up Invoices
- Assisting with reception duties as required, including scheduling & updating appointment calendars
- Boardroom & Meeting duties
- Organising lunch for meetings when required
- Assisting in liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other government bodies as directed
- Adhoc tasks as required
- General upkeep of the staff common areas incl. kitchen, meeting areas, reception areas, stationery cabinets.
- General office and administrative duties.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
- Experience in XERO, FYI, FUSEDOCS, FUSIGN & BGL360 is desirable but training will be provided
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Good organisation and time management
- Proactive approach to all tasks and be able to multi task.
