Peter Slate has extensive experience in the Financial Planning industry, providing advice to both individual and small business clients. A Financial Adviser since 2001, Peter has been a Private Client Adviser in organisations such as William Buck and Grant Thornton Wealth Advisory Services. Peter holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of the Superannuation Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA).

Peter specialises in developing strategy advice in the important areas of Self- Managed Super Funds, retirement planning and wealth creation. Peter believes providing clear, understandable solutions which meet client objectives, is key to building strong client relationships.

Peter is a passionate golfer being a member of the Kingston Heath Golf Club, he enjoys travelling and experiencing various destinations with his family and enjoys spectating and participating in most sports. Peter is an avid red wine collector, with wine appreciation one of his passions.

Sarah Rickuss operates under Murdoch Private Wealth Pty Ltd (as trustee for the Murdoch Private wealth Unit Trust) Corporate Authorised Representative No. 463120 Sarah commenced in the financial services industry over 13 years ago, holding down various roles which included providing advice to clients and advisors for 10 years. Sarah holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services completed in 2009 and in 2014, returned to university to complete a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning. Sarah commenced her finance career in 2005 with Brisbane based AMG Super, a boutique superannuation fund, she then ventured into Self-Managed Super Fund accounting with ABN AMRO Morgans (now Morgans Financial) in 2009. Due to her role being split between the SMSF and financial planning departments, Sarah was able to deepen her knowledge of superannuation and investments. After day trading stocks and options on various stock markets for eight years, Sarah relocated to Melbourne to launch her financial advising career.

Commencing at Murdoch Private Wealth as the Client Services Manager, Sarah realised her true passion is providing clients with professional financial advice and believes placing their objectives and interests ahead of anything else provides the foundation to building long-term client relationships. Her empathetic approach and warm demeanour is appreciated by clients who are looking to maximise their financial health and life in general.

Sarah specialises in providing strategic advice in the complex areas of aged care, wealth creation through structured investment portfolios and retirement planning through the use of various superannuation vehicles. Sarah believes financial education is also paramount as financial literacy is an area requiring vast improvement in Australia.

External to work Sarah is a keen AFL and Rugby League supporter, who loves travelling the world and has a great interest in wine appreciation, regularly visiting various wine regions throughout Australia.
