Entry requirements have tightened for the Temporary Business visa program in light of rising unemployment within the Australian workforce. A business must now provide submissions and evidence to demonstrate that sponsored workers will be a benefit to Australia by contributing to:- - The creation or maintenance of employment for Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents;
- Expansion of Australian trade in goods or services; or
- The improvement of Australian business links with international markets; or
- Competitiveness within sectors of the Australian Economy
