BASIL

This insect-repelling herb is recommended for treating bad breath and headache.

CAMOMILLE

A tincture provides a reliable sedative and can be used to make a stomach-settling tea.

CHIVES

Along with their cousins garlic, leeks and onions, chives may help prevent cancer and treat high blood pressure.

CORIANDER

A common herb considered to be an aid to the digestive system and an appetite stimulant.

As a poultice, coriander seeds have been used to relieve painful joints and rheumatism the essential oil of the coriander leaves also have antibacterial and antifungal properties.

CLOVES

Cloves have proven pain relieving and antiseptic properties.

CINNAMON

This common, tasty spice has potent antimicrobial action and can settle an upset stomach.

DILL

This herb is deservedly famous as a remedy for colic and gas.

ECHINACEA

The flowers and roots stimulate the immune system to help fight disease.

FENNEL

The herb is good for treating upset stomach and indigestion.

GARLIC

Deservedly called Russian penicillin, this pungent bulb maybe useful in preventing major killers – heart disease and cancer.

Data held and stored on paper is stored in a secure premises.

Data held and stored electronically is protected by internal and external firewalls, high encryption and all access to electronic data including databases requires password access

Access to personal information is restricted to staff and contractors whose job description requires access. Our employees and contractors are contractually obliged to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.

We undertake regular data backups, with the data copied and backed up to multiple locations for redundancy purposes.

Our staff receive regular training on privacy procedures.
