Jan joined the practice on 1 May 2007, after being in public practice since 1 January 2000. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a registered tax agent and SMSF Auditor.

Jan has extensive experience in both public practice & private industry, giving her a "hands on" approach in assisting businesses to manage their taxation & other statutory obligations.

Jan specialises in assisting businesses in taxation, goods & service tax, superannuation & general taxation planning. She assists business in the practical use of computer accounting programs in complying with their reporting & legal obligations in running a small to medium business in today's business environment.

Adam Johnson, B Bus CA

Adam is a partner of the firm and has been with the practice since 2008. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a registered tax agent and SMSF Auditor.

Adam has a strong knowledge base of all accounting and tax areas, focusing on small business entities, CGT and GST.

Adam has a young family and enjoys playing a range of sports including hockey and cricket. Being born and raised in the Manning Valley Adam has local knowledge that enables him to closely connect with his client base and understand their accounting and tax needs.

Jay Mongan, B Bus

Jay joined the practice in 2003 and is currently a tax manager. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from Southern Cross University.

Jay has experience in dealing with a wide variety of issues that face small business today with a particular focus on the accounting systems used by small business clients to prepare their financial data. He enjoys assisting clients with BankLink, MYOB and other software applications to help make the task of meeting their Income Tax and GST obligations as simple as possible.

Jay grew up in the local area and now lives in Taree with his wife and young family.

Keryn commenced at Crellin & Thompson in February 1988 and provides accounting and tax expertise to small business clients.

Margaret Blanch

Margie has been with the firm since 2007 and commenced her accounting career in 1978. Margie has experience and knowledge in accounting & tax, specialising in primary producing and individuals.

Larissa Mann B Bus

Larissa started with Crellin & Thompson in late 2005 after completing her HSC, while working with the firm she has been studying part time and graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Financial Management in early 2012.

Laura Thew

Laura has been with the firm since July 2006. Laura has completed her certificate IV in financial services at TAFE.

Sandra Sargent

Sandra joined the practice in August 2010 as our internal accountant. Sandra is now also assisting a range of clients with Payroll compliance and general bookkeeping advice. Sandra also offers the services of being a Justice of the Peace for our clients.

Laura Gorton

Laura Gorton joined the practice in July 2011 as a trainee. Laura is now currently studying a Diploma of Accounting through OTEN TAFE.

Kylie Hambilton

Kylie joined the practice in 2014.  Kylie assists a range of clients with payroll compliance and bookkeeping.  Kylie is also currently studying Certificate III in accounts administration.

Jenny Turner

Jenny joined the practice in August 2013 as our SMSF Auditor. She has completed a Business Degree majoring in Accounting and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

Prior to joining public practice, Jenny had extensive experience in management accounting.
