If you are lodging a 2008 company or superannuation income tax return for the first time, it is due for lodgment and payment by 28th February, 2009, so you had better hurry up!

Most 2008 tax returns are due for lodgment and payment by 15th May, 2009.

If you are certain you are getting a refund, you can lodge your 2008 return up to 6th June, 2009, provided you have a good tax lodgment record.
