Ajendra focuses on providing personalised service to each of his clients with a focus on providing up to date technical advice, focusing on business growth and bring in efficiencies through implementation of technological solutions.

Having grown up in a business environment (transport industry), business acumen and client service runs in his veins. With a natural inclination towards technology and e-commence, Ajendra pairs up his business advisory expertise with business system and process implementation tailored to his clients needs.

Ajendra believes what sets him apart from others, based on his client’s feedback, is his ability to proactively engage with this clients both at a professional and personal level, being able to understand intricacies of running a business, and his ability to identify growth opportunities and assist his clients to scale-up their business through the use of technology. As most of his clients will attest, Ajendra tells them that his mobile phone number should be on speed dial.

Ajendra engages with the community through voluntary services as an honorary member with the Rotary Club of Jimboomba, professional affiliation with Institute of Public Accountants and currently as Deputy President in their QLD Divisional Advisory Council.

Company and Trust Establishment

There are four main business structures commonly used by businesses in Australia and My Tax Consultant can help with them all:

Sole trader: an individual operating as the sole person legally responsible for all aspects of the business.

Partnership: an association of people or entities running a business together, but not as a company. A partnership is relatively inexpensive to set up and operate.

Company: a legal entity that is separate from its shareholders.

Trust: an entity that holds property or income for the benefit of others. Trusts require a formal trust deed that outlines how the trust operates, requires the trustee to undertake formal yearly administrative tasks and if you operate your business as a trust, the trustee is legally responsible for its operations. A trustee of a trust can be a company, providing some asset protection.

Companies and Trusts are more complicated business structures but they have their advantages and MyTax Consultant can discuss these with you. You can change your business structure throughout the life of your business as your business grows and expand
