Discussion with onshore manager

Arrange a meeting or phone call with our onshore manager to discuss your business, your outsourcing needs and find out whether we are a good fit for each other.

Sign agreements

Review and sign the Confidentiality and Adviser Agreement which details our terms and conditions, service overview and fees.

Send your request

Load your request in your business' software and send us a generic email alerting us to the task. We will respond within 24 hours to let you know if we have everything that we need and to also provide an indicative quote and due date.

04

We'll get to work

Once we have everything we need to complete the task, we’ll commence work on your request and return it to your business' software within the agreed time frame.
