If you have tried to use one of the new, you-beaut mobile phones lately, you'll know how hard it is to dial a number, let alone use text messaging or other features. The keys are very small and the screen is small displaying tiny characters. Portable phones at home are only slightly better. When you buy a new phone the features you need are available - but not necessarily promoted by all retailers. Ask for oversized buttons, simple menu, large fonts on the display, very bright, clear screen that doesn't bleach out in daylight, loudspeaker volume control and ultra-simple access to more advanced features. You might then love your mobile phone.
