Update- Australian Residential Property

The attached opinion should really make you pause to think.

Although we cannot see a North American style residential property crash occurring in Australia it is hard to disagree with the author’s point that the cost of buying house and land in this country is very high.

It will be a real challenge for Australian residential house and land in the $1 million plus category to replicate their historical capital growth returns.

At Newealth we are always looking to support and promote our clients wherever possible and if you have any ideas or comments, please feel free to email me via ‘Contact Us’ at www.newealth.com.au or to call me on +61 2 9267 2322.
