Update- Demographics

By 2020 Australia’s population is expected to rise from 22 million to 25 million.

That is an additional 3 million people plus the added issue of baby boomers leaving the workforce over the next 15 years.

Finding highly skilled and capable people is going to become a bigger issue which means that business will need to get better at training than recruiting.

At Newealth we are always looking to support and promote our clients wherever possible and if you have any ideas or comments, please feel free to email me via ‘Contact Us’ at www.newealth.com.au or to call me on +61 2 9267 2322.
