Update- Market Cycles We last presented a chart showing how bull markets last longer and are bigger than the following bear markets in March 2011. The reason is consumption and while the World’s population continues to grow and expand so to does the need for more goods and services which gives business the opportunity to sell and earn more profit. Will this end, probably because World population numbers will eventually flatten out. The updated version begs the question, are we paralleling with the mid to late 1970’s or will this time be something else again?
