Update- Australian Residential Property 

Get set for the rise and rise of the suburban property due to the slowdown and ultimately reversal of the movement towards the inner city destination. 

Joel Kotkin, a Urbanist from the United States has a controversial view of suburbia because it contradicts with both government and property research on the future of urban sprawl. 

His prediction is based on family, technology, commuting and housing cost and gets you thinking about the returns for residential property.
