Many adults in their early 20s are looking to or have already invested in shares but most have no real basis for building a portfolio or much at this stage to invest. The point is, though, that their Parents came to Superannuation and investing late and many, according to pundits, will struggle to cover their retirement needs. It's time to stop the same thing happening to the next generation. Using Financial Tools like those on this site and perhaps a question or two to a Financial Planner can help them set a more solid base for their investing while building trust in the value of proper planning during the entire income generating part of their life. These tools allow a user to gain a better understanding of their financial position and will improve their financial literacy, the latter being a key factor in helping attain their long term financial goals.
